My Approach

We enter a brave and safe space for you to reflect and understand how to navigate challenging situations through empathy, curiosity, and openness. Together, we will explore compassionate ways to resolve conflict by hearing, seeing, and valuing everone’s voice. Family connections can be strengthened based on mutual respect and care for each other without judgment, blame, or shame. This is how a fmaily culture of kindness, compassion, and personal responsibility is fostered.

My coaching is grounded in nonviolent communication, mindfulness, Kristin Neff & Chris Germer’s Mindful Self Compassion, and Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry.

I will support you in:

  • Identifying the root cause of specific relational / situational dynamics.
  • Becoming aware of unhelpful perceptions.
  • Exploring core beliefs to see how they show up and impact your life.
  • Finding your voice in expressing what is true for you.
  • Building a personal toolkit filled with resources to increase self-awareness and compassion towards yourself and others.

Transformation is possible by asking ourselves the questions that spark curiosity, and then listening deeply to what our wise self has so longed to tell us.
