Compassionate Inquiry

Compassionate Inquiry is a therapeutic approach that invites the exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are shaping your life today. It focuses on uncovering the root causes of your challenges, including unconscious beliefs or patterns. These are often formed early in life, but they may still be influencing you in an unhelpful way today.

When you can understand the emotional sources of your current struggles, you can then find a pathway to free yourself from limiting thoughts and beliefs through compassion. Healing can take place by cultivating more awareness of emotions and how they live in the body. This can lead you to your own innate wisdom.

I offer a non-judgmental space where you can:
