Compassionate Inquiry

Compassionate Inquiry is an approach that invites exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shaping your life today. The approach focuses on uncovering the root cause of your challenges, including unconscious beliefs and patterns. These are often formed early in life, but they may still be influencing you in an unhelpful way.

When you can understand the emotional sources of your struggles, you can find a pathway to free yourself from limiting thoughts and beliefs through compassion. Healing can take place by cultivating more awareness of emotions and how they live in the body. This can lead you to your innate wisdom and true self.

I offer a non-judgmental space where we inquire to:

  • Understand the emotional sources of your current struggles.
  • Find a pathway to free yourself from limiting thoughts / beliefs.
  • Heal from old wounds by cultivating more awareness of emotions and the body.
  • Work with backdraft.
